Alamo1 Stormwater Management works to reduce runoff and improve water quality by implementing turnkey Stormwater management at client facilities. Our main scope of work is building and maintaining water retention ponds that focus on water quality and filtration.
Stormwater is rainwater or melted snow that runs off streets, lawns and other sites. When Stormwater is absorbed into soil, it is filtered and ultimately replenishes aquifers or flows into streams and rivers. In developed areas, impervious surfaces (such as pavement, streets, sidewalks, and roofs) prevent precipitation from naturally soaking into the ground. Instead, this massive influx of channeled water runs rapidly into storm drains, sewer systems and drainage ditches. This surge of water causes downstream flooding, stream bank erosion, increased turbidity (muddiness created by stirred up sediment), general erosion, habitat destruction, combined sewer overflows, infrastructure damage, and contamination of natural waters.
Our water management ponds range from 500SF to 30,000SF. We are always on-call for the round-the-clock needs of the 600+ filtration ponds that we manage over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone.

Mr. Wade joined the ALAMO1 Team in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in Team Management, Project Management, Environmental Health and Safety, State and Federal Compliance. He is responsible for all operational, financial, and strategic initiatives for the division.
As a Regional Manager, Mr. Wade was responsible for 5 Energy Waste Disposal Landfills, 5 Wastewater Treatment Plants, and 4 Energy Service locations. He has been a Regional Health and Safety Manager, responsible for Incident Management, OSHA Compliance TRIR, Incident Frequency Incident Reporting, OSHA Training, Site Safety Teams, Developing Training Programs. Mr. Wade developed Stormwater Plans, Stormwater Inspections, Aviary Plans, Leach Plans and Compliance, Stormwater management, runoff pond maintenance, TCEQ requirements, and many other environmental projects.
Mr. Wade specializes in turn-key services that satisfy the needs of his customers at a budget friendly cost, ensuring the employees are working safely, and efficiently while continually protecting the environment – no matter the size, scope, or location.
